Product Details:

• FELIWAY CLASSIC Spray offers calming on-the-go and additional support at home.
• Makes travel and visits to the vet less stressful. 
  During car journeys or when going to the vet, spray directly in your cat’s carrier or basket.
• Allows convenient and targeted management of the areas marked by your cat with urine or scratching in your home. Simply spray on doorways, cat-flaps, window sills and prominent objects around the house.
  To prevent marking if it already occurred, spray on marked areas after a thorough cleaning of the spots.
• At home: re-spray daily to reduce the likelihood of re-marking
  During car journeys: re-spray every 4 to 5 hours
  Apply 8 sprays per application
  Wait 15 minutes before letting your cat near any areas sprayed with FELIWAY
• Never spray directly on your cat!
• Never spray in the carrier if your cat is inside
• Do not spray on a scratching post or bed, it might prevent your cat from using it!

Shipping

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and package weight. 
• Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada. 
• Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec. 
• We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
• Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
