When I received a sample of Artic Charr our cat loved it. It was light brown in color and moderately soft. I ordered a pkg of it and it was completely different in color and texture. It is black in color and extremely hard and almost impossible to break with your fingers. Needless to say, our cat won’t eat it. Disappointing because the sample was great.
