• This Rose toy is made of Silver Vine Gall Fruit, Silver Vine Stick & Catnip Ricepaper.
• Silvervine / Mattatabi / Actinidia Polygama are all the same plant. Silvervine goes by many different names but they are all different names for the same species of kiwifruit in the Actinidiaceae family. It grows exclusively in mountainous regions of Asia and some cats love it. We have found that our cats that do not react to catnip really love and react to silvervine.
• Silver vine sticks are a great addition to a cat's toy selection. It allows cats to bite down on the stick and can help clean their teeth. 
• While cats love chewing on silver vine gall fruit and sticks, ensure that playtime is monitored and that the toy is discarded if the toy breaks apart.

• Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada. 
• Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec. 
• We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
• Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
