Usage Guidelines

How to Use:

1. Screw the 48 mL refill vial onto the FELIWAY® Optimum diffuser unit.
2. Plug the diffuser into an electric socket, ideally in the room where your cat spends the most time.
3. Keep the diffuser switched on continuously for best results.

Replacement:

• Replace each refill every 30 days for continuous stress support.
• Covers a single area of approximately 700 sq. ft.

Shipping

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and package weight. 
• Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada. 
• Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec. 
• We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
• Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
