What you need to know:

• The Himalayan wool used for Karma Cat toys is not chemically cleansed. Instead it contains lanolin oil, a natural anti-bacterial.
• Lanolin is the natural oil unique to sheep’s wool. Lanolin oil conditions their paws and helps to keep their fur healthy and shiny.
• Made using a technique called wet-felting, the only materials used in the making of these items are pure wool, natural soap and water. 
• One size: Approximately 16″ wide, 12″ deep and 10″ high, our owl cave is great for pets up to 16 lbs.
• This bed is made up of 100% natural wool, but you should monitor your pet’s behavior with it. If they are tearing apart the bed or ingesting the wool, it is not appropriate for your pet.
• Care: Made with minimal chemicals, the lanolin in the wool helps to keep your pet cave naturally clean. For regular cleaning, it can be vacuumed or spot cleaned with a sponge. If it becomes very soiled, turn your pet cave inside out and wash in the delicate cycle of a washing machine. Do not put it in the dryer! Turn it right side out, stuff it with newspapers, and let it dry.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and package weight. 
• Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada. 
• Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec. 
• We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
• Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
