Product Details:

• Does your cat like to hunt? Toys made from animal skins are sure to entice them. 
•  These mice are made of caribou hides from Finland.
• Each mouse features internal metal bells for a gentle jingle. They also have child safe eyes and a hand braided tail.
• Colour and hair length will vary slightly depending on what part of the hide was used and the individual animal. No dyes were used in making this product.

• Animals should be supervised when interacting with their toys. Damaged items should be removed immediately. Bothwell Pets does not accept responsibility for any injury or damage that may occur while using their products.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and package weight. 
• Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada. 
• Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec. 
• We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
• Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
