• 68% Tofu Coffee Cat Litter: Offers high absorbency and natural odor control from coffee grounds.
• 32% Bentonite: Known for its excellent clumping capabilities.

1. When flushing it down the toilet, the cat litter should not be excessive at once to avoid clogging.
2. Spread the cat litter flat in the cat litter box with a thickness of 3-5 cm. To make the cat have a cleaner toileting experience, it is recommended to clean the cat litter every day.
3. In the transportation process, it is impossible to avoid the package colliding and resulting in the bag losing its vacuum; please be careful to buy if you mind. The vacuum packaging is for removing dust and the convenience of putting each bag into a box. Thus, vacuum packaging has nothing to do with the cat litter's function and shelf life. So, the cat litter is safe even if its bag loses its vacuum.
4. Regarding color difference: the color of cat litter from different batches may be slightly different, which is normal. Please rest assured to use it.

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and package weight. 
• Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada. 
• Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec. 
• We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
• Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
