  • Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada. 
  • Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec. 
  • We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
  • Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. Better than real!

Da Monster Bug gives my cat the feeling of real prey. She's crazy about it.

Good toy but was glued in the package and a bunch of the hairs came out when I pulled it off and it is still shedding so not comfortable using it. This wasn't the case with others like the shrimp.

Winner!

I have an extremely high-energy cat who loves to play but is also super finicky about his toys. So far the biggest hit yet has been any of the brown GO CAT toys I've bought him. He will chase them indefinitely and lick and cuddle them when I slow down with the wand. I can wave the wand for an hour and he still wants more. They are more expensive than some other refills I've tried, but are a much better value due to how much my cat prefers them and how long they last. They previous one I bought lasted 6 months of daily playtime. It's great bonding for me and my weirdo. For somereason he has a strong preference for the brown ones.

Da Monster Bug

This is my cats favourite so far. She goes psycho over it and constantly picks it up in her mouth and trots all proud to a special spot, where she will drop it and wait for it to try and escape. I like it because the tail is too big for her to chew off and eat like she did with the other mice like lures.
