What you need to know:

• Made from 100% Grass, 99% dust free. 
• Smart Cat Natural Litter absorbs and forms very hard strong clumps, making scooping and cleaning the litter box quick and easy. 
• Pour litter into clean litter box. Depth of litter should be 3-4 inches. Scoop litter box(es) daily. About every 3 days add fresh litter to the 3-4 inches level. Change litter completely only as needed. 
• Available in a 10 lb bag

• Transition Instructions: Use a 50/50 mix of new litter with existing for one week. After that, use new litter exclusively.

Shipping

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and package weight. 
• Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada. 
• Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec. 
• We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
• Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
