What you need to know:

These unique cat-shaped mats are refillable with a small opening and plastic snap at the bottom.
Each mat comes with a small bag of 100% natural catnip and a small funnel to help refill your mat with ease. Mats are most commonly stuffed with catnip, however some cats prefer and react more to silver vine powder.
Mats can be hand washed and line dried.

Pattern placement and size will vary slightly compared to the sample photo, as each product is handmade. While the materials and construction of this product is pet safe and durable, always remember to supervise your cat during playtime.

Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada.
Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec.
We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
