If the stick becomes jagged or sharp it should be discarded.
• It's no secret that cat's enjoy playing with feathers, and this toy features a lot of them! Naturally shed feathers are a favourite because they are shed from a real bird. Cats will hunt and lick these feathers. Monitoring is always recommended to ensure that your cat is not consuming large pieces.

• We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
• Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
