What you need to know:

• This bright, colorful, soft, and intriguing attachment is handmade from all natural feather fibers.
• Cat Lures have a jitter movement that brings out the hunting instinct in cats and fulfills their natural needs. 
• This attachment is meant to be dragged across the floor, and does not fly like Da Super Refill. 
• All refills are interchangeable with any GO CAT wand  
• No toy is indestructible, to increase the longevity of this toy please do not leave your cat unattended for safety or you'll have to replace it more frequently.

Shipping

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and package weight. 
• Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada. 
• Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec. 
• We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
• Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
