• The USB Rechargeable Laser Chase lasts for 5 hours of continuous play!
• Press the button and point the laser at the floor or wall and watch your cat will go wild as they chase the red light wherever you point it!
• Charging Instructions: Remove the USB plug cap (robot feet), plug device directly into a USB port, charge for approximately 30 mins.
• No product is indestructible, please do not leave your cat unattended for safety. 
• *As with any laser pointer, avoid direct eye contact with laser beam. 

Shipping

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and package weight. 
• Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada. 
• Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec. 
• We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
• Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
