What you need to know:

• This window perch is made with 3-layered screw-in suction cups which strengthens the bearing capacity. Each suction cup is 80 mm in diameter which can bear up to 10 kg.
• The suction cup leaves no mark when removed and can be used repeatedly so that you can move the window perch/hammock freely. 
• Felt support belts are extra wide and extra thick for extra support, a scratching board is also included.
  
• It is recommended for pets under 15 kg.
• The dimensions of this product are 58 x 45 x 62.2 cm

Shipping

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and package weight. 
• Orders reaching $149 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Canada. 
• Orders reaching $99 Canadian before taxes and shipping will be eligible for free shipping within Ontario & Quebec. 
• We aim to fulfill orders within 24 - 48 hours. We ship our orders with multiple carriers based on customer location or customer selection.
• Heavy and oversized products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional handling charges.

Returns

• Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
• If your item was purchased within 30 days, you have proof of purchase, it is unused and in the same condition that you received it you must send us an email at info@bestcat.ca. Include any relevant details and attach any supporting images or documents. We will respond within 24-48 hours with details on how to proceed.
